We want you to feel spectacular in your party wear; if your outfit isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
